HOLISTIC AND INTEGRATIVE INTERNAL MEDICINE CONSULTATIONS
Our holistic/integrative medicine consultations are your opportunity to consult with
a board-certified physician regarding your current medical conditions and
program. During the first visit, we will be spending approximately 60-90
minutes in consultation. We will take an extensive history and do a physical
examination. We will plan on allowing ample time for any questions that you
would like to discuss about your current illnesses.
At this exam, we will also ask you to bring in copies of any lab or x-ray
reports that you currently have available and would like us to review. We may
also recommend and order additional lab tests or x-rays as necessary.
Approximately one week later, we will do a follow-up appointment of 30-60
minutes to review the personalized program that has been designed for you. Dr.
Miller will review your history, physical, and test results to develop this
personalized program for your health care.
The options that will be explored include:
1. Conventional Medicine
- (Including prescription medications as needed)
2. Natural Medicine

3. Mind-Body Medicine

At the second visit, you will be given a "personalized" program of
recommendations from any number of the options listed above. We will discuss
the suggestions that are being made and give you the opportunity to assist in
the fine-tuning of your program of health care. We will also discuss any issues
related to interactions between your medications and any of the supplements that
we recommend.
Additional visits will then be scheduled and tailored to your unique program and
medical situation.
